Traveling Press:
SIMPLETEC 300x2T + 300Tx2 Traveling Press is designed for bending forming or straightening of railway tracks.There are two Down Stroking Traveling Presses running on a 9000mm long track. The bed length is 7000 mm. Each Press has a 300T down stroking hydraulic cylinder and a 300T horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The press travel is motorized,actuated through push buttons provided on two electric panels or through remote control push buttons. The press is easy to operate and safe.
Rail Testing Machine:
SIMPLETEC 150T Rail Testing Machine is designed for testing of rails after welding. The parameters like pressure/tonnage, displacement against time are displayed as a graph on a mirror. The readings can be obtained in tabular form also. The entire test results are continuously displayed on the monitor and stored in the computer hard disc. Digital read-outs are provided to display pressure/tonnage and displacement.
